The manufacturer has denied the consumers worksheet. The provincial administrator (PA) will need to review and make a final decision.

• Select the claim number or the Worksheet OEM Denied button

MUST REVIEW THIS AS IT HAS CHANGED AND IT MAYBE CHANGED AGAIN

There are 3 options for handling the denial, select the appropriate one.

• Worksheet Approved: All the necessary information is available and the worksheet is ready to collect claim form from the consumer.
• Closed Worksheet Ineligible: Based upon the review of the information provided the worksheet is considered ineligible and the claim will be closed.
• Worksheet Consumer Input Required: The worksheet requires additional information from the consumer.

Provide additional notes as you see fit and save the status change NOTE: Once the status change has been made it cannot be altered.
