As a consumer you will either receive an email/letter from the provincial administrator asking for addition information or clarification. If you do not have an email on file, they will call you.

• If you receive a letter, please sign into your account

• Select the update application button
• Provide the additional information or make the required updates.

• Select Save if you have additional information to add at a later time
• Select Final Submission button if there isn't anything else to add

• Confirm that you would like to proceed with the final submission by selecting Final Submission.

The claim will be moved to Worksheet PA Review. The Provincial Administrator will be reviewing the changes to your worksheet.
