Worksheet Sent to OEM

A consumer has submitted a qualification worksheet and a provincial administrator (PA) has reviewed it and sent it to you the manufacturer for your review.

  • Select the claim number
  • Review the qualification worksheet. You are unable to make any changes

There are 2 options for handling the worksheet, select the appropriate one:

  • Deny Claim Eligibility: You have reviewed all the information and decided that the worksheet is not eligible. A PA will review your decision.
  • ARLENE TO UPDATE
    • A automated letter will be sent to X, X, and X.
    • A manual letter should be sent to X, X, and X.
  • END UPDATE
  • Worksheet Approved: You have reviewed all the information and decided that the worksheet is good to move to the next step. A PA will review your decision and assign the claim to an arbitrator.
  • ARLENE TO UPDATE
    • A automated letter will be sent to X, X, and X.
    • A manual letter should be sent to X, X, and X.
  • END UPDATE

Provide additional notes as you see fit and save the status change. Status Notes

   NOTE: Once the status change has been made it cannot be altered

Worksheet no OEM Response

If you do not provide a response within 3 business days, the qualification worksheet will be considered overdue and the claim status will be set to Worksheet no OEM Response.
