Worksheet Sent to OEM
A consumer has submitted a qualification worksheet and a provincial administrator has reviewed it and sent it to you the manufacturer for your review.
There are 2 options for handling the worksheet, select the appropriate one:
Deny Claim Eligibility: You have reviewed all the information and decided that the worksheet is not eligible. A PA will review your decision and confirm the information you have provided with the consumer. If the consumer does not meet the CAMVAP eligibility requirements the PA will close the claim. If The PA believes that eligibility must be determined by an arbitrator, an eligibility hearing will be scheduled.
Worksheet Approved: You have reviewed all the information and decided that the worksheet is good to move to the next step. A PA will review your decision and assign the claim to an arbitrator.
Provide additional notes as you see fit and save the status change. Please exercise caution when recording notes as all parties have access to the notes function.
NOTE: Once the status change has been made it cannot be altered
Worksheet no OEM Response
If you do not provide a response within 3 business days, the qualification worksheet will be considered overdue and the claim status will be set to Worksheet no OEM Response.
