Award PA Review
The arbitrator has reviewed all of the documents available to deem whether the claim is eligible to proceed further. A decision has been made.
There are a number of options for handling the award decision, select the appropriate one.
Closed Ineligible: Based upon the information collected, the Arbitrator has deemed that the case is ineligible

Closed Arbitrated: An arbitrator has made a decision on the claim which is binding for the consumer and manufacturer

manual letter should be sent to consumer, manufacturer and arbitrator.
Closed Settled: A consumer has accepted a settlement from the manufacturer at/after the arbitration hearing.
The terms of the settlement and a
manual letter should be sent to consumer, manufacturer and arbitrator.
Award Awaiting Decision: The arbitrator has decided they require additional information is requesting an additional hearing. On other occasions, a technical inspection has occurred and the Arbitrator has a new decision to submit.
Closed Withdrawn: The consumer has decided they would no longer like to proceed with the claim.
A
manual letter should be sent to the consumer, manufacturer and arbitrator.
Provide additional notes as you see fit and save the status change. Please keep in mind all parties can see the notes you record.
NOTE: Once the status change has been made it cannot be altered.
