A consumer has submitted a qualification worksheet and a provincial administrator (PA) has now reviewed it and sent it to you the manufacturer for your review. Select the claim number Review the qualification worksheet. You are unable to make any changes.

There are 2 options for handling the worksheet, select the appropriate one:

• Deny Claim Eligibility: You have reviewed all the information and decided that the claim is not eligible. A PA will review your decision.
• Worksheet Approved: You have reviewed all the information and decided that the worksheet is good to move to the next step. A PA will review your decision.

Provide additional notes as you see fit and save the status change NOTE: Once the status change has been made it cannot be altered.
