There are a number of values that the system holds. A placeholder signifies a specific piece of data the system must provide in the location it has been placed in. When you insert a placeholder into a letter the data associated with that claim will be pulled into either the email or letter without any manual input.

If the data is not available the letter will end up in letters and a PA will need to address them individually.

• Current Date: Today's date
• Recipient Address: Address of the individual receiving the letter
• Recipient Title: Dr., Mr., Mrs., or Ms. of the individual receiving the letter
• Recipient firstname: First name of the individual receiving the letter
• Recipient lastname: Last name of the individual receiving the letter
• Claim Number: Claim number on which the letter is referring to
• PA Signature: Provincial Administrators signature and contact information
• Consumer Full Name: Full name of the consumer who has submitted the claim
• Arbitrator Name: Full name of the arbitrator handling the case
• PA Phone Number: Provincial Administrators phone number
• Hearing Details: Displays date, time and location of the hearing
• Conference Date Time: Date and Time the conference is scheduled for
• Conference Date: Date the conference is scheduled for
• Conference Time: Time the conference is scheduled for
• Conference Toll Free Number: Number conference participants need to call into
• Conference Access Code: Access code that is required for conference participants to log on
• Conference Password: Password that is required for the chair of the meeting to log on
• Conference List of Participants: Names of individuals attending the conference
• Event Only: Reference to a particular past, current or future event. Best used in automated emails for the following events:
  • Arbitrator Assigned where details on who the past and current arbitrator will be populated
  • Consumer Relocation where details on who the past PA was and the old and new region. A new PA is not available yet as they may not have been assigned
• Workflow Status only: Reference to a particular past, current or future status
