Placeholders

There are a number of values that the system holds. A placeholder signifies a specific piece of data the system must provide in the location it has been placed in. When you insert a placeholder into a letter the data associated with that claim will be pulled into either the email or letter without any manual input. If the data is not available the letter will end up in letters and a PA will need to address them individually.

  • date: Today's date
  • address: Address of the individual receiving the letter
  • title: Dr., Mr., Mrs., or Ms. of the individual receiving the letter
  • firstname: First name of the individual receiving the letter
  • lastname: Last name of the individual receiving the letter
  • claimNumber: Claim number on which the letter is referring to
  • signature: Provincial Administrators signature and contact information
  • consumerName: Full name of the consumer who has submitted the claim
  • arbitratorName: Full name of the arbitrator handling the case
  • paPhone: Provincial Administrators phone number
  • hearingDetail: Displays date, time and location of the hearing
  • conferenceDateTime: Date and Time the conference is scheduled for
  • conferenceDate: Date the conference is scheduled for
  • conferenceTime: Time the conference is scheduled for
  • conferenceTollFreeNumber: Number conference participants need to call into
  • conferenceAccessCode: Access code that is required for conference participants to log on
  • conferencePassword: Password that is required for the chair of the meeting to log on
  • conferenceParticipants: Names of individuals attending the conference
  • eventData: Reference to a particular past, current or future event
  • statusData: Reference to a particular past, current or future status
