Both consumers and manufacturers are given 7 days to view the technical inspectors report and provide a response if so desired. Those responses will not be shared between parties until that time has passed.
The claim will be moved into Technical Inspection Review Complete after the 7 days have passed. The arbitrator will need to review the documents from the inspector, manufacturer and consumer. Informing the provincial administrator they have completed that.
As a consumer and manufacturer you are able to view all parties responses once the 7 days have passed.
After the 7 days has passed the arbitrator will review the responses and issue their award.
