Inspection Response

Both consumers and manufacturers are given 7 days to view the technical inspectors report and provide a response if so desired. Those responses will not be shared between parties until that time has passed.

  • Select Technical Inspections to review the document the inspector provided

  • Select Inspection Response to provide your response

  • Insert any comments or add files that will support your case
  • Save once complete

Letter(s)

  • A manual letter should be sent to consumer, manufacturer that informs them that the inspector has issued a report and that they have seven (7) to respond to the report. The inspector's report should be attached to the letter.

Next Status

The claim will be moved into Technical Inspection Review Complete after the 7 days have passed. The arbitrator will need to review the documents from the inspector, manufacturer and consumer. Informing the provincial administrator they have completed that.

As a consumer and manufacturer you are able to view all parties responses once the 7 days have passed.

After the 7 days has passed the arbitrator will review the responses and issue their award.
