A consumer calls in or emails, to inform a PA they like remove their claim. You can open the claim, the folder or the status button you are in to select closed withdrawn. Which could be a button or under the change status menu.

The claim will be removed from your dashboard. In the event you need to find the claim again for details and or re-opening the case use the search function.
