There are some situations when a consumer will call in to have their case re-opened. In that case you will need to search for the claim.

After the claim has been found. You are able to reinstate it by selecting the folder icon .

The claim will go back to the status it was in before it was closed.

Select the appropriate button option for the claim you are reinstating.
