Claim Form PA Review

When a consumer submits a claim form or provides additional information you have asked for, you will need to review it and decide whether it is ineligible, withdrawn, conciliated, requires more information, or send to the manufacturer.

  • Select the claim number under the claim column or select the claim form PA review under the status column

  • Review the claim
  • You are able to reassign an arbitrator if necessary
  • You can only make changes to consumer info

If there is a reason to send the consumer physical mail as opposed to email.

  • Check off Mail

NOTE: Letters to the consumer will not be sent automatically through email, but will end up in Letters as In Progress Draft and will then need to be printed and mailed manually.

There are number of options for handling the worksheet, select the appropriate one.

  • Closed Claim Ineligible: Based upon the information collected, as a PA you have decided the claim holds no ground and should be closed.
  • Closed Withdrawn: The consumer has decided they would no longer like to proceed with the claim.
  • Claim Consumer Input Required: The claim form requires additional information from the consumer
    • The consumers dashboard will show that additional information is required. However, until a phone call is made or a manual letter is created and sent, they will not know why or receive a notification to inform them something is required of them.
  • Claim Sent to OEM: All the necessary information is available and the worksheet is ready for the manufacturer to review.

Provide additional notes as you see fit and save the status change. Status Notes NOTE: Once the status change has been made it cannot be altered.
