There are a number of values that the system holds. A placeholder signifies a specific piece of data the system must provide in the location it has been placed in. When you insert a placeholder into a letter the data associated with that claim will be pulled into either the email or letter without any manual input.
Arbitrator Name: Full name of the arbitrator handling the case
Arbitrator Resume: Details about the arbitrator
Claim Number: Claim number on which the letter is referring to
Current Date: Today's date
Consumer Full Name: Full name of the consumer who has submitted the claim
PA Signature (multi-line): Contains the provincial administrator's name, title, phone number, 1-800- and email
PA Phone Number: First work number listed for the provincial administrator
PA Email: Email address for the provincial administrator
Recipient Address (multi-line): Address of the individual receiving the letter
Recipient Title: Dr., Mr., Mrs., or Ms. of the individual receiving the letter
Recipient firstname: First name of the individual receiving the letter
Recipient lastname: Last name of the individual receiving the letter
Manufacturer Name (long name): Full legal name of a manufacturer
Hearing Attendees (multi-line): List of individuals attending the hearing
Hearing Address (multi-line): Address of where the hearing will be held
Hearing Directions: Any special instructions related to the hearing location
Hearing Date Time: Displays date and time of the hearing, including time zone if applicable
Hearing Date: Displays date only of the hearing
Hearing Time: Displays time only of the hearing, including time zone if applicable
Conference Toll Free Number: Number conference participants need to call into
Conference Access Code: Access code that is required for conference participants to log on
Conference Password: Password that is required for the chair of the meeting to log on
Eligibility Decision Due Date: Displays the date in the eligibility decision was due
Arbitration Decision Due Date: Displays the date in the arbitration decision was due
Award Decision Due Date: Displays the date in the award decision was due
Inspector Name: Name of the individual who will inspecting the vehicle
Inspection Date Time: Displays date and time of the inspection, including time zone if applicable
Inspection Date: Displays date only of the inspection
Inspection Time: Displays time only of the inspection, including time zone if applicable
Inspection Address (multi-line): Address of where the inspection will be held
Inspection Directions: Any special instructions related to the inspection location
Inspection Location: Name of the location the PA entered at the time of scheduling the inspection
Inspection Review Due Date: Displays the date in the inspection review was due
Worksheet Sent to Manufacturer Date: Displays the date in the worksheet was sent to the manufacturer
Claim Form Requested Date: Displays the date in the claim form was requested
Claim Form Sent to Manufacturer Date: Displays the date in the claim form was sent to the manufacturer
Event Only: Reference to a particular past, current or future
event. Best used in
automated emails for the following events:
Arbitrator Assigned where details on who the past and current arbitrator will be populated
Consumer Relocation details on who the past PA (if available) was and the old and new region will be populated. A new PA is not available yet as they may not have been assigned. DO NOT use the Signature placeholder
Workflow Status only: Reference to a particular past, current or future
status
Status Notes: Inserts status notes from the provincial administrator for the following statuses; Worksheet Consumer Input Required and Claim Form Consumer Input Required. This will inform the consumer they need to provide more details on their worksheet or claim form.
