An event is an action that takes place. These do not have specific buttons or active actions required by the PA.
An administrator can set up a number of manual and automated communications to a variety of recipients.
Arbitrator Assigned: A new arbitrator is assigned to the claim.
A manual letter should be sent to consumer, manufacturer, and the new arbitrator
30 Day Claim Form Reminder: The consumer has not filled in their claim form. They will be sent a 30 day reminder to log in and fill out the claim form.
An automated reminder letter will be sent to the consumer
Consumer Case Updated: The consumer has made some changes.
An automated letter will be sent to manufacturer, arbitrator and provincial administrator
Consumer Relocation: The consumer has relocated to another region.
A manual letter should be sent to the manufacturer, old arbitrator, new arbitrator and new provincial administrator
Hearing Changed: An integral piece of information about the hearing has changed. Whether it be the date, time or location.
A manual letter will be sent to consumer, manufacturer, and arbitrator
Manufacturer Case Updated: The manufacturer has made some changes.
An automated letter will be sent to consumer, arbitrator, and provincial administrator
