There are number of options for handling the arbitration decision, select the appropriate one.
Arbitration Awaiting Decision: The PA has decided they require additional information from the arbitrator and are pushing the claim back a status. On other occasions, a technical inspection has occurred and the Arbitrator has a new decision to submit.
A
manual letter should be sent to the arbitrator outlining what is required.
Closed Ineligible: Based upon the information collected, a PA or Arbitrator has deemed that the case does not meet CAMVAP's eligibility requirements
Depending where the case is in the process a
manual letter should be sent to the consumer, manufacturer and/or arbitrator.
