As a consumer you will either receive an email/letter from the provincial administrator asking for addition information or clarification. If you do not have an email on file, they will call you.

• If you receive a letter, please sign into your account

• Select the update application button
• Provide the additional information required

• Select save if you have additional information to add at a later time
• Select final submission button if there isn't anything else to add

• Confirm that you would like to proceed with the final submission

The claim will be moved to Claim Form PA Review the provincial administrator will be reviewing your response.
