The options available on the next screen will be based upon the type of closed used.

JAMES to REVIEW and confirm assumptions

• Closed Worksheet Ineligible will return to Worksheet PA Review
• Closed Claim Form not Returned and Closed Claim Ineligible will return to Claim Form PA Review
• Closed Arbitrated, Closed Ineligible, Closed Settled will start at Award Review Requested
• Closed Conciliated will
• Closed Withdrawn will

Select the appropriate button option for the claim you are reinstating.
