There are 7 different regional offices that administer the CAMVAP program across Canada. Each office can have multiple Provincial Administrators (PA) assigned to handling claims.

You are able to set the specific individuals who are responsible for handling claims out of that office
Each provincial administrators office has teleconference numbers available. The phone number, access and chair codes will need to be provided here. Provide multiple ones if available.
In some cases you will need to delete a provincial administrator office. Use the delete button on the main Provincial Administrator screen. You will be asked to confirm the operation.
