Hearing Venues

A list of locations where hearings of claims are held.

Create a New Hearing Venue

To create a new hearing venue select Add a Hearing Venue and a form will pop up.

Create

Input Information

Using the collection form, you will insert the name of the venue, region, address and directions for the hearing venue.

  • Type the name of the location

Name

  • Select the appropriate region is only visible for the administrator not the PA

Region

  • Begin typing an address it will auto populate. If Google does not find the address or postal code you will need to manually type the address

Address

  • Under directions provide any additional details that maybe required about the hearing location
  • Save the information

Edit or Delete a Hearing Venue

Edit

When additional contact information is required and/or needs to be updated, select the edit button on the main Hearing Venue screen. Follow the above mentioned directions for inputting information in order to make any changes.

Delete

In some cases you will need to delete a Hearing Venue. Use the delete button on the main screen. You will be asked to confirm the operation.
