Event

An event is an action that takes place. These do not have specific buttons or active actions required by the PA.

An administrator can set up a number of manual and automated communications to a variety of recipients.

  • Arbitrator Assigned: A new arbitrator is assigned to the claim.
  • 30 Day Claim Form Reminder: The consumer has not filled in their claim form. They will be sent a 30 day reminder to log in and fill out the claim form.
  • Consumer Case Updated: The consumer has made some changes.
  • Consumer Relocation: The consumer has relocated to another region.
  • Hearing Changed: An integral piece of information about the hearing has changed. Whether it be the date, time or location.
  • Manufacturer Case Updated: The manufacturer has made some changes.
