When as a manufacturer you decide to deny a worksheet/claim indicating it is ineligible, a reason must be provided. There are a number of pre-defined reasons available.

• Review reasons for denial
  • SHIFT + Right Click allowing you to select options right next to each other or
  • CTRL + Right Click allowing you to select options anywhere in the list see below
• OPTIONAL Select the most appropriate denial from the list
• MUST provide additional comments to help the provincial administrator understand. If you do not you will not be able to save

At this point, the worksheet/claim will be visible to the PA and they will be handling one of the following depending on what status the claim is.

• Worksheet OEM Denied
• OEM Claim Denied
