Aftermarket Part(s) Removal Consented

The consumer had the opportunity to review the verification documents provided by the manufacturer and chose to remove the aftermarket part(s) within 21 days from the day the verification documents were forwarded by the Provincial Administrator.

  • build sheets
  • work orders
  • invoices or
  • third party report (which third party may be an authorized dealer) or
  • photograph of the aftermarket part

The Claims Management System will display the deadline under the 'Upcoming Event' section in the case summary page and/or dashboard.

Documentation confirming the removal of the aftermarket part(s) must be sent to the provincial administrator.
