Claim Management System (CMS) Wiki

Now that you have completed the worksheet you will need to activate your account.

• Check your email and your spam if you do not see an email from cms@camvap.ca.
• Select the link Activate Account and Claim to activate the account.
• The worksheet will be submitted to the Provincial Administrator once your account is activated.

Now that you activated your account you will need to sign into the Claims Management System.

• Select the link Sign In.
• Enter your username and password.
