For some reason or other you need to change who the arbitrator is.

• Select the folder

• Choose the reassign arbitrator button from either the top of the screen or the bottom.

A list of available arbitrators will be made available. It will show their name, the number of hearings they have arbitrated, the area they serve and contact information.

• Select the assign button next to the arbitrator you would like used for this claim.

• A manual letter should be sent to consumer and manufacturer informing them that a new arbitrator has been assigned to the claim.
• A manual letter should be sent to arbitrator confirming that they have been assigned to the claim.
