Statuses

Claims go through a number of different statuses and events. For every status there is an English and French version. The information provided is a name and description. As an administrator you have the ability to update the content available. Such as deleting or changing the name and description. When you change this information it will alter how the name is viewed and the information that pops up when you hover over the (i).

Add, Edit or Delete a Status

This option is not recommended. It can impact the process your claims go through workflow. If you want to make any major non-text based changes please consult with MERAK first.

If you would like to add a new status to the system. You will need to create a name and description for it in both English and French. Make sure you add the new status to the workflow as well.

Following the instructions above you are able to alter the current information about the status.

Delete
