Provincial Administrators

There are 7 different regional offices that administer the CAMVAP program across Canada. Each office can have multiple Provincial Administrators (PA) assigned to handling claims.

Information on the contract start and end dates, region and addresses of these offices are contained in this area, along with the assigned PAs for each office.

View, Edit or Delete a PA

View

If you would like to see a snapshot of information available for a particular PA office, select view and a summary screen will be made available.

Edit

Office Information

You are able to alter the information collected about the offices across Canada

  1. Edit or update an office's name
  2. Use the pull down menu to connect the appropriate region the office is responsible for
  3. Update the agreed upon contract begin and end dates

Contact Information

You are able to set the specific individuals who are responsible for handling claims out of that office

  1. Use the pull down menu to select an existing user to fill out the contact(s). They will already have their name/number/email added in under Users & Roles. You are NOT able to change their information using this form Add Contact

Delete

ITS POSSIBLE THIS FEATURE WILL BE DELETED BASED ON COMMUNICATION WITH JG RE: THERE AREN'T ANY SUSPECTED CHANGES TO PA OFFICES In some cases you will need to delete a provincial administrator office. Use the delete button on the main Provincial Administrator screen. You will be asked to confirm the operation.
