Both consumers and manufacturers are given 7 days to view the technical inspectors report and provide a response if so desired. Those responses will not be shared between parties until that time has passed.

• Select Technical Inspections to review the document the inspector provided

• Select Inspection Response to provide your response

• Insert any comments or add files that will support your case
• Save once complete

The system will automatically make documentation viewable to all partied on the upcoming event of Technical Inspection Review Complete. As a consumer and manufacturer you are able to view that date on your dashboard.
