A consumer has now submitted a claim form and a claim form has been reviewed by a provincial administrator (PA) and sent it to you the manufacturer for your review.

• Select the claim number
• Review the claim form and attached documentation. You are unable to make any changes

There are 2 options for handling the claim form, select the appropriate one:

• Deny Claim Eligibility:You have reviewed all the information and decided the claim is not eligible. A PA will review your decision
• Approve Claim Eligibility: You have reviewed all the information and feel that an arbitration hearing is necessary. If the Consumer has requested a Buy-Back, you will need to provide your own calculations. PA will review your decision

NOTE:

• You will notice that there is a new button showing up Hearing Defence. Use this button to provide any notes or documents that support your case

If you do not provide a response within 10 business days, the qualification worksheet will be considered overdue and the claim status will be set to Claim no OEM Response.
