A consumer has now submitted a claim form and a claim form has been reviewed by a provincial administrator (PA) and sent it to you the manufacturer for your review.

• Select the claim number
• Review the claim form and attached documentation. You are unable to make any changes.

There are 2 options for handling the claim form, select the appropriate one:

• Deny Claim Eligibility:
• Claim Approved:
