As a consumer you will either receive a phone call from a provincial administrator (PA) asking for additional information and clarification or they will send you a email/letter.
If you receive a call the PA will most likely fill out the information on your behalf
If you receive a letter, please sign into your account
Updating Information Online
Select the complete claim form button
Provide the additional information required
Select save if you have additional information to add at a later time
Select final submission button if there isn't anything else to add
Confirm that you would like to proceed with the final submission
NOTE:
The expectation is that you will fill out the form within 60 days. If the form is not filled out within that timeframe it will be considered Claim Form Overdue.
