Technical Inspector

A technical inspector is a mechanic or other professional who will test, research and provide additional details for a claim. They do not have access to this system.

To create a new technical inspector select Add a Technical Inspector and a form will pop up.

Using the collection form, you will insert the company, region, address and contact information for the technical inspector.

• Type the name of the company they work for

• Select the appropriate region

• Provide name and email information
• Add a phone number, select the type of phone

• Delete phone numbers as required using the delete button
• Add an address using Add Address it will auto populate. If Google does not find the address or postal code you will need to manually type the address

If you do not see create an address, press the arrow next to address

When additional contact information is required and/or needs to be updated, select the edit button on the main Technical Inspector screen. Follow the above mentioned directions for inputting information in order to make any changes.

In some cases you will need to delete a technical inspector. Use the delete button on the main Technical Inspector screen. You will be asked to confirm the operation.
