===== Reassign Arbitrator =====
For some reason or other you need to change who the arbitrator is.
  * Select the **folder**

  * Choose the **reassign arbitrator** button from either the top of the screen or the bottom.

A list of available arbitrators will be made available. It will show their name, the number of hearings they have arbitrated, the area they serve and contact information.

  * Select the **assign** button next to the arbitrator you would like used for this claim.

  * A [[Letters|manual letter]] should be sent to consumer and manufacturer informing them that a new arbitrator has been assigned to the claim.
  * A [[Letters|manual letter]] should be sent to arbitrator confirming that they have been assigned to the claim.
