====== Provincial Administrators ======
There are 7 different [[Area Served & Region|regional offices]] that administer the CAMVAP program across Canada.
Each office can have multiple Provincial Administrators (PA) assigned to handling claims.

Information on the contract start and end dates, region and addresses of these offices are contained in this area, along with the assigned PAs for each office.

=== Office Information ===
You are able to alter the information collected about the offices across Canada
  * Edit or update an office's **name**
  * Use the pull down menu to connect the appropriate **region** the office is responsible for
  * Update the agreed upon contract begin and end dates

=== Contact Information ===
You are able to set the specific individuals who are responsible for handling claims out of that office
   * Use the pull down menu to select an __**existing**__ user to fill out user information for the arbitrator. The system will ONLY populate users who are not already connected to a role. Their name/number/email will all be available under [[Maintenance Users and Roles|Users & Roles]]. === Teleconference Numbers ===
Each provincial administrators office has teleconference numbers available. The phone number, access and chair codes will need to be provided here. Provide multiple ones if available.

In some cases you will need to delete a provincial administrator office. Use the delete button on the main Provincial Administrator screen. You will be asked to confirm the operation.
