====== Inspection Response ====== Both consumers and manufacturers are given 7 days to view the technical inspectors report and provide a response if so desired. Those responses will not be shared between parties until that time has passed. * Select **Technical Inspections** to review the document the inspector provided {{::technical_inspections_button.png|}} * Select **Inspection Response** to provide your response {{::inspection_response.png|}} * Insert any comments or add files that will support your case * Save once complete {{::ti_response.png|}} ==== Letter(s) ==== * A [[Letters|manual letter]] should be sent to consumer, manufacturer that informs them that the inspector has issued a report and that they have seven (7) to respond to the report. The inspector's report should be attached to the letter. ==== Next Status ==== The claim will be moved into **Technical Inspection Review Complete** after the __**7**__ days have passed. The arbitrator will need to review the documents from the inspector, manufacturer and consumer. Informing the provincial administrator they have completed that. As a consumer and manufacturer you are able to view all parties responses once the 7 days have passed. After the 7 days has passed the arbitrator will review the responses and issue their award.
