====== Event ====== An event is an action that takes place. These do not have specific buttons or active actions required by the PA. An administrator can set up a number of [[letters|manual]] and [[maintenance letter templates|automated]] communications to a variety of [[maintenance users and roles|recipients]]. * **Arbitrator Assigned**: A new arbitrator is assigned to the claim. * A [[Letters|manual letter]] should be sent to consumer, manufacturer, and the new arbitrator * **30 Day Claim Form Reminder**: The consumer has not filled in their claim form. They will be sent a 30 day reminder to log in and fill out the claim form. * An automated reminder letter will be sent to the consumer * **Consumer Case Updated**: The consumer has made some changes. * An automated letter will be sent to manufacturer, arbitrator and provincial administrator * **Consumer Relocation**: The consumer has relocated to another [[Area Served & Region|region]]. * A [[Letters|manual letter]] should be sent to the manufacturer, old arbitrator, new arbitrator and new provincial administrator * **Hearing Changed**: An integral piece of information about the hearing has changed. Whether it be the date, time or location. * A [[Letters|manual letter]] will be sent to consumer, manufacturer, and arbitrator * **Manufacturer Case Updated**: The manufacturer has made some changes. * An automated letter will be sent to consumer, arbitrator, and provincial administrator
