===== Activate Consumer Account =====
Now that you have completed the worksheet you will need to activate your account. 
  * Check your email and your spam if you do not see an email from cms@camvap.ca.
  * Select the link **Activate Account and Claim** to activate the account.
  * The worksheet will be submitted to the Provincial Administrator once your account is activated.

Now that you activated your account you will need to sign into the Claims Management System.
  * Select the link **Sign In**.
  * Enter your username and password.
