====== Re-open a Case ======
There are some situations when a consumer will call in to have their case re-opened. In that case you will need to [[Search|search]] for the claim. 

After the claim has been found. You are able to reinstate it by selecting the folder icon {{:oem_dashboard_folder.png|}}.

The options available on the next screen will be based upon the type of [[Status|closed]] used.

**JAMES to REVIEW and confirm assumptions**

  * Closed Worksheet Ineligible will return to Worksheet PA Review
  * Closed Claim Form not Returned and Closed Claim Ineligible will return to Claim Form PA Review
  * Closed Arbitrated, Closed Ineligible, Closed Settled will start at Award Review Requested
  * Closed Conciliated will 
  * Closed Withdrawn will

Select the appropriate button option for the claim you are reinstating.
